Icloud photos stopped downloading to pc






















I have iCloud installed on my Windows PC and Photos enabled. Starting Feb 22, it stopped syncing/downloading the Live Photo MOV files. I only see the HEIC's and PNG's. Actual video camera files show up fine as MOV files.
